WestRock Completes KapStone Acquisition

WestRock Company has confirmed that it has completed the acquisition of KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation. The U.S. Department of Justice recently approved Atlanta-based WestRock's pending acquistion of KapStone through Whiskey Holco Inc., clearing the antitrust approval hurdle and enabling the deal to be funded.
