According To NERC: Recycled Capacity Increasing At NA Mills

The Northeast Recycling Council (NERC) released a list of 17 North American paper mills that have announced an increase in their capacity to process recycled paper. The list includes 15 in the U.S. and two in Mexico. This covers new mills that will consume recovered material, as well as existing mills that are adding recycled fiber capacity or converting what they process. Most of the new capacity will primarily handle Old Corrugated Containers. It will be two to three years before much of it comes online, although some of it is expected by the end of this year and into 2019.
