Milk analysis made easy

Milk-Lab has launched a new milk examiner to monitor the composition of various milks. The examiner is used to accurately and continuously monitor the level of fat and solids of milks in production lines for standardisation. The makers claim that its ergonomic design, single push-button operation, 60-second analysis time and low cost of ownership has allowed this to be done in the production line for the first time.
