'We must face up to global changes'

Northern Ireland's milk and dairy sector might be small, compared with that of Great Britain. But it is the biggest agri-food sector in the province by some way and includes around 5,257 dairy farmers, 284,385 dairy cattle, 15 main dairy processors and a total of 10,000 jobs in the dairy sector.
