Pragmatism and understanding are good ingredients for success

By any definition, 2010 was a bad year for governments in the UK. For a number of reasons, they lost the trust and confidence of the public. Notwithstanding the expenses issue, they made it confusing for the public to determine their allegiances on the grounds of policy. When this happens, the debate always turns to competencies, and then you're on the slippery slope. Can you imagine that things will be better in 2011 ? Well the turn of the year is always a good time to judge, because that's the time that politicians set out their agendas. On the basis of this, in the agriculture sector, I must say that I am hugely encouraged.
