Due to the success of its Dragon brand, South Caernarfon Creameries has developed a reduced fat version of its mature cheese, which was officially launched to coincide with St David's Day.The new range of cheese, which is 30% lower in fat than its standard mature cheese range, comes in a variety of formats. In keeping with the reduced fat theme, the cheese is available in portion-controlled, pre-packed slices as well as a grated pack and a 180g pre-packed block.
