While COVID-19 has been a game-changer for businesses all over the world, it has sparked a new approach to supporting the defence vehicle industry from a new Irish start-up. Two seasoned industry professionals, Pat Kennelly and Simon Wilkins, recently founded Cytec Integrated Powertrain Solutions, focused on providing management, technical support and consulting services in the defence sector. Simon leads the business development side, having spent over 25 years in the armoured vehicle industry. His career started in defence vehicle engineering, but he has carried a busines development mantle for over a decade, becoming a well-recognised industry figure - not least because his height makes him stand out in a crowd.
