Translation Systems at DSEi

STG are bringing rugged, mobile, machine-based language translation systems; the handheld PHRASELATOR P2 and the wearable SQU.ID SQ.200 from Voxtec International, Inc. to DSEi this year. The P2 and SQ.200 currently provide thousands of English speaking troops overseas with preloaded desired words, phrases and verbal commands to ease effective communication and give soldiers the tools to carry out their roles with confidence. Voxtec has built up a critical understanding for translation needs of military personnel and has a library of over 45 target languages with 100,000 translated phrases.
