Saab Bofors Dynamics Switzerland (SBDS) was formed by the acquisition of the assets of the RUAG warhead division by Saab Dynamics oi Sweden (their parent company) in 2007, to create a world "Centre of Excellence" in Warhead Design and Manufacture. The SBDS products include the technology-leading Dynamically Corrected Warhead for the NLAW antitank missile and the high performance MAPAM pre-frag-mented warhead technology that within a 60mm mortar gives performance equivalent to a conventional HE 81 mm mortar.
