Polish Armed Forces - State of Affairs - Selected Aspects

With the process of Strategic Review of National Security concluded and "The White Book of National Security of The Republic of Poland" published, the catalogue of national interests and strategic goals in the area of security has been identified and spelled out. That creates basis to develop the new edition of "The National Security Strategy of the Republic of Poland" - the document that will supersede the current one, adopted in November 2007. Advanced works on the first draft are underway. When approved by the President, the Strategy will set out more detailed guidelines for further development of the state defence system, including the Polish Armed Forces. The transformation will go on.
