Fuel Deployment and Storage for Defence and Humanitarian Support

It almost goes without saying that fuel is critical for both military and disaster relief, without it life as we know it verges towards the impossible. Whether a vehicle, ship, aircraft, centralised cooking or sanitation, fuel is needed to power the machinery, even for those things such as radios or electro-optic systems which use batteries, we still need fuel to power the generator which charges the battery. The way we move fuel needs to be able to keep up with advancing troops or humanitarian convoys. It needs to be close to the front and highly transportable.
