Linden: Let me put it this way: There has been an obvious and clear change in the security-environment for us here, more activities of certain players in our maritime operational area of the Baltics and the Eastern Sea than in the last 10 years. Sweden is currently discussing if it is prepared, and if enough is being done. Of course, our Navy is adapting to these altered conditions, here in the Flotilla as well. For a long time one has viewed defence spending of tax-kroners going into a black hole, with no return. This has definitely changed in the public opinion.
