Anti-submarine warfare (ASW) experts at the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in Arlington want to develop an unmanned surface vessel able to track quiet enemy diesel-electric submarines worldwide in nearly all environmental conditions. They are finding their solution at QinetiQ North America Technology Solutions Group in Waltham, Mass.
