Eagleware Corp. Acquires Elanix

Eagleware corp., a supplier of high-frequency design software for the RF and microwave industry, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Elanix, Inc. of Westlake Village, CA for an undisclosed sum. Elanix is an electronic-system level (ESL) design tool provider. The agreement has been approved by Elanix shareholders and the Eagleware board of directors.
