SIFCO Applied Surface Concepts offers the SIFCO Process~® Workstation, designed to facilitate to brush plate a wide variety of components using the SIFCO Process~®. The new workstation is constructed of heavy duty, chemical-resistant polypropylene, and is designed with operator comfort and application flexibility in mind. The main work surface accommodates SIFCO Process~® auxiliary equipment, including a turning head, traversing arm, and ID plater. The main features include: 1. Ventilation: The articulated vent provides maximum coverage for the work area. The operator is able to connect to the in-plant exhaust system or use a portable ventilation system (not included). 2. Electrical Outlets: There are three electrical outlets conveniently located for use with the power pack and auxiliary equipment. 3. Compressed Air Connection: The workstation is able to tie into the existing system by a standard connection for an air hose. 4. Sink with Commercial Faucet: Supplies hot and cold water from its gooseneck faucet and retractable spray hpse.
