Taigang keeps stainless CR export prices flat; Yusco cuts them

China's Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel is keeping its 300-series cold rolled export prices unchanged dueto the risingyuan whileTaiwan'sYieh United Steel (Yusco) is cutting its offers by $200 pertonne dueto lower nickel prices. Taigang is offering grade 304 2mm cold rolled coil at $3,350 per tonne fob for October delivery, with a discount of $100 pertonne for those buying more than 1,000 tonnes. Its hot rolled coil price is $50 higherthan last month's at $3,200 fob. "Its export price level is a little bit higherthan spot levels, which will make itdifficultfor us to makea profit," an exporter said.
