CME will launch ferrous scrap, billet and HRC swaps contracts

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group (CME) is launchingferrous scrap, billetand hot rolled coil swap contracts, the exchange confirmed last week. The CME group will be launching the swaps contracts on April 17 and trading will start on April 18 for three financially settled steel contracts on CME ClearPort, which are in addition to the US midwest steel and iron ore swaps and options contracts.
