Alliance Machines Textiles New yarn and piece dyeing machine

The French piece dyeing manufacturer Alliance Machines Textiles, Les Echets-Miribel, will present in Barcelona the new Rotora yarn and piece dyeing machine (Fig.). Through an experimented concept of team turning in the machine, during the process,customers have decreased their costs up to 50%. This machine is used today for woven or knitted fabrics in many different ways (furniture, viscose, Lycra, velvet, toweling etc.). In this machine it is possible to dye yarns (cones) together with fabric on a beam in order to obtain the same color for yarn and fabric. It was developed in collaboration with a customer in the field of hosiery.
