New automatic wrapping system for baling press

The Belgian company Gualchierani Baling Systems nv, Menen, developed a new patented automatic wrapping system for the GSA type baling press. This fully automatic system wraps all 6 sides on the existing baling press. It is a simple, maintenance-friendly system with standard components. The capacity of the GSA machine reaches up to 40 bales/hour (depending on the characteristics of the fiber, bale weight and other options). The key feature of this new system is that all types of wrapping materials can be used, from normal PE sheet to woven PP (or PE) because no thermal welding is involved. This means also low cost wrapping material can be used.
