For the growing market of fine and medical yarns and sutures the double headed braiding machine with 8 carriers in 100 mm pitch QU 2/8-100 by Herzog GmbH, Oldenburg/ Germany, was presented with take-up for drums and core control including all safety devices at the ITMA Asia + CITME in Shanghai/China. It guarantees a fast and reliable processing of all and especially high tenacity and medical fibers without contamination of yarn and product.
