Dans cet article, l'auteur explique la nécessité de disposer d'un cadre thérapeutique souple et adaptable à la réalisation d'objectifs convenus entre patient et thérapeute. Il s'agit de ne pas céder au besoin de toute puissance du thérapeute, au désir d'idéalisation de ce dernier par le patient, et d'accepter les limites imposées par les ressources du patient et les moyens de la médecine.%In this article, the author explains the necessity of using a soft therapeutic framework, adaptable to the realisation of objectives defined between patient and healthcare provider. It is important for the healthcare professional not to give in to his need for power, to his desire of idealisation by the patient, and to accept the limits imposed by the resources of the patient and the medical means.
