Among complications of laparoscopics techniques, obstruction of small bowel by herniation trought the site of punctures of the trocarts is rare. It has been described in darn several. We want to present a typical case of this complication and through a review of literature to explain methods of prevention and diagnostic before bowel perforation.%Parmi les complications des techniques laparoscopiques, l'obstruction intestinale due à une hernie incarcérée sur le site de ponction des trocarts a été décrite à plusieurs reprises. Nous voulons présenter un cas typique de cette complication et à cette occasion une revue de la littérature mondiale pour rappeler les méthodes de prévention et diagnostiques qui peuvent être prises avant d'arriver à la perforation intestinale.
