Chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer take an important place especially in the adjuvant situation. The use of the analogues of platinum in association with the others drugs increase the efficacy. Recently the combination of taxol plus CDDP demonstrated more effectiveness. The place of others modality of chemotherapy like a bone marrow transplantation and intra-peritoneal chemotherapy merits examination by phase Ⅲ trials.%La chimiothérapie dans le traitement du cancer de l'ovaire occupe une place importante surtout en situation adjuvante. L'utilisation de dérivés de platine en association avec les autres drogues augmente l'éfficacité.L'association cisplatine (CDDP) plus le Taxol a permis d'améliorer les résultats. La place des autres modalités d'administration de chimiothérapie comme la greffe de moelle osseuse et la chimiothérapie intrapéritonéale nécessite confirmation par des études phase Ⅲ.
