INTEREST OF CONVENTIONAL RADIOPELVIMETRY IN OBSTETRIC

We consider that the conventional radiolo- gic pelvimetry remains, in our context, the method of choice in the exploration of pelvic bone anomahties. This choice maybe supported by many arguments of which we can cite the satisfactory precision and reliability, simplicity of technique and low cost. We recall the necessity of the collaboration betwen radiologist and obstetrician in order to improve the maternal and foetal forecast.
