Le phéochromocytome vésical est rare. Deux nouveaux cas sont présentés. Il faut insister sur le caractère variable et parfois trompeur de la symptomatologie clinique. Le diagnostic de phéochromocytome vésical repose sur le bilan hormonal et sur l'imagerie, en particulier l'échographie et la tomodensitométrie. L'évolution est dominée par le risque de malignité de la tumeur, d'où la nécessité d'une surveillance prolongée.%Pheochromocytoma of the bladder (report of two cases) Pheochromocytoma of the bladder is a rare disease. We report two new cases. It is noteworthy that symptoms of the disease are variable and sometimes misleading. Diagnosis of bladder pheochromocytoma is based on biochemical tests and current imaging techniques, particularly ultrasonography and computerized tomography. Careful follow - up is mandatory as tumor may progress to malignancy.
