So, it's not surprising that when it comes to engineering practice, keeping CAD files, change orders, and other documentation at hand can be much more challenging. Task Force Tips of Valparaiso, Ind., recently began using document management software from Synergis Software of Quakertown, Pa. The software helps track documentation and follows the approval process, said Scott Akins, vice president of new product development at Task Force Tips.
