The Hollymatic HVT-30 Vacuum Tumbler features a built-in vacuum pump, a programmable timer and 25-lb. maximum working capacity. The tumbler also offers variable speed from 1-18 RPM, 110/220 V, see-through processing lid and removable stainless-steel tank with baffles. It comes in a compact size - only 22 in. by 21 in. by 17 in., and weighs only 42 lbs. The tumbling process increases yield, tenderizes product, reduces cook time and evenly distributes flavor throughout product, whether it is meat, fish or poultry.
