MEASUREMENTS OF THE CAPACITANCE OF A BIOLOGICAL CELL BY A PULSE METHOD

We propose a method for measuring the electrical capacitance of a biological cell using a previously developed pulse conductitnetry apparatus. The method is based on using an RC circuit to differentiate a rectangular voltage pulse applied to the cell with microelectrodes.
