摘要

Based on the principle of Rist operating line, the problem in the smelting process of smeltingreduction process of COREX oxygen transfer and energy consumption had been studied.Theprinciples and methods of COREX operation line establishment were proposed.The actualproduction condition in the field was given in the form of tables, including its main raw materialand fuel consumption and the main product in the smelting process.In these conditions, theactual operation of COREX production line was established.The actual operation effect could bedirectly get by the analysis of the operation of the line.These works provided a study directionfor improving the energy utilisation in the production process of COREX.And the effect of thefeed conditions and operating parameters on the energy utilisation was analysed.That couldprovide a theoretical basis for on-site staff operating.
