摘要

In this study, using TC4 and ER-316L wires as feedstocks, a double-wire + arc additive manufacturing system was used to fabricate a Ti-stainless steel functionally graded material. The results showed that a crack occurred when the atom fraction of Fe reached 50 at.% in TC4-316L functionally graded material. With an increase of Fe content, microstructure evolved as follows: alpha-Ti + FeTi - Fe2Ti + FeTi + Cr2Ti - Fe2Ti + Cr2Ti. The maximum microhardness of the component was similar to 945 HV0.2 with Fe content at 60 at.%.
