摘要

In this study, ZnO nanoparticle (ZnO NPs)-coated calcium alginate nonwoven fabric was fabricated by a simple ion exchange method. Alginate nonwoven fabric was sequentially immersed in Zn(NO3)(2) solution for ion exchange and then in amino hyperbranched solutions to prepare ZnO NPs. ZnO NPs and ZnO NP-coated alginate nonwoven fabric were then characterized through TEM, UV-vis, XRD, FESEM, and EDS mapping analyses. Results indicated the uniform coating of high-density ZnO NPs on the alginate nonwoven fabric. (C) 2020 Published by Elsevier B.V.
