Conference consolidates marine energy and coastal protection

Scottish Energy Minister Jim Mather has been confirmed to address the Institution of Civil Engineer's (ICE) Coasts, Marine Structures and Breakwaters 2009 conference, in Edinburgh.rnThe ICE Breakwaters conference addresses the design, performance, installation and maintenance of breakwaters, seawalls, jetties, piers and beach control structures. This conference, for the first time, will also cover the latest materialrnon the design and installation of the structures necessary to extract marine and wind energy around nearshore seas and coasts.
