Ramora Uk Recently successfully disposed of a British moored WWII mine after being chosen by Shell UK to carry out the task due to their leading Bomb Disposal Services. The British made mine, which contained up to 500lbs of explosive, was located immediately next to the FLAGS pipeline in the North Sea, about 100km out from St Fergus at a depth of some 100m. David Welch, managing director of Ramora UK said, "Being selected to carry out an operation of this scale is particularly gratifying for us as it highlights the extent to which our full EOD capabilities are being recognised."
