During Europort, Atlas Copco, a solution provider in the field of industrial productivity, signed a letter of intent with Verhaar Omega, a seller of propulsion systems. The official signing will take place before the end of 2013, making Verhaar Omega an official dealer of Atlas Copco's start and process air compressors and membrane-based or PSA technology-based nitrogen generators. Bob van Wijnen, managing director Atlas Copco: "Since 2005 we have a type of gentlemen's agreement. This had not been formalised until now. And we will now change this by granting Verhaar Omega the status which, in our opinion, they have come to deserve in the past years."
