Elsewhere in this issue, I've taken a look at the continuing growth in the size of the largest container-ships. From a technical perspective, it would seem that the only real limit on boxship size is owners' reluctance to go to a twin-screw configuration. Though it is the very largest box-ships that get the headlines, there is no shortage of orders for containerships that don't push the size envelope so much.
