CONCORDIA: OPPORTUNE TIME TO BUY

Ctoncordia Maritime will invest about SEK 500 million ($68.8 million) to construct a 158,700 dwt Suezmax tanker at Korea's Samsung Heavy Industries. When the tanker is delivered in the second quarter of 2012, Concordia intends to employ the vessel in the open market via the Stena Sonangol Suezmax Pool. The pool, which consists of 13 tankers, is controlled by Stena Bulk and Angolan state-controlled oil company Sonangol.
