On Jan. 26, THE U.S. rnCustoms and Border Protection began enforcing Importer Security Filing Rule, also referred to as the 10+2 Rule, which has increased cargo reporting requirements for importers and rncarriers of ocean cargo.rnThe rule is aimed at providing more transparency in cargo shipments.
