Duluth Seaway Port Authority Makes Historic Appointment

For the first time in the Duluth Seaway Port Authority's (DSPA) 60-plus year history, a woman will take the helm. The DSPA board unanimously appointed DEB DELUCA as Executive Director. DeLuca brings decades of public and private sector experience to the role— and most recently spent the last four years as the Port Authority's Government and Environmental Affairs Director.
