Paul Jukes is always thinking ahead. He always has. At 13, he decided he wanted the letters PhD after his name and realised that if you're to succeed in life you have to work harder than everyone else does! — a principle to which he still subscribes. At the moment, this young marine engineer is working hard to diffuse the merits of the profession and to bridge the generation gap.
