IMarEST HAS issued a call for papers for presentation at the 10th International Naval Engi-neering Conference and Exhibition to be held between Tuesday 11 and Thursday 13 May 2010 at MM Naval Base, Portsmouth, UK.rnOrganised by The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology INEC 10 will address the dichotomy facing many navies of ever more financial constraints whilst at the same rime coping with the increasing demands for services worldwide, whether for anti-narcotic operations, anti-piracy operations, escort duties or operations in areas of conflict.
