Leif-Arne Lang0y has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of DNV and Walter Qvam has been elected as the new Chairman of the DNV Council. In addition, Morten Ulstein has been elected Vice Chairman of the DNV Board. Lang0y has been a member and Vice Chairman of DNV's Board since 2010. He has an MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen. He has held a number of senior positions and directorships in the Aker group during the past few years and was the CEO of Aker ASA until 2009.
