INTERIM CEO FOR OCEANSAVER

OceanSaver, a leading global provider of class-approved, high capacity ballast water treatment (BWT) systems, has appointed Houtan Houshangi as interim Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Stein Foss who successfully developed and commercialised OceanSaver BWT system tech nology since the company's inception in 2003. Foss will still be associated with OceanSaver and will, together with the interim CEO, focus on ensuring a smooth transition of leader ship and the search for and hir ing of his replacement.
