MOL gas injection

Mitsui osk Lines and Mit-sui Engineering & Shipbuild-ing(MES) are to conduct gas injection trials using a tem-porarily modified, electrical-ly-controlled low speed diesel engine. The new low speed diesel engine is to be temporarily modified to elec-trically-controlled gas injec-tion duel fuel operation prior to delivery for installation in one of MOL's newbuildings. The engine will be run with vaporised LNG at the MES Tamano Works in the first half of 2013.
