SpeedCast International has acquired cruise ship satellite communications specialist WINS Limited and formed an alliance with GTMaritime. At the SMM exhibition in Hamburg, SpeedCast chief executive officer Pierre-Jean Beylier told Marine Electronics & Communications the reasons behind these deals and the challenges ahead.
