Turkey partners with ISM

ISM - the International Sweets and Biscuits Fair - will be hosting Turkey as its first official partner country. Many Turkish companies will be representing their country and featuring the Turkish food industry's expertise in confectionery and snack items. Koelnmesse, the event's organizer, is partnering with the Istanbul Exporters' Associations. In 2011 the main Turkish pavilion will be in Hall 2.2. There will also be many individual exhibitors from Turkey taking part in ISM.
