Roshen to build plant in Russia

Ukrainian confectioner Roshen plans to spend approximately US$250 million building a production complex near the town of Cosyrevka in the Lipetsk region of Russia. Construction is expected to start next year and finish in 2016.rnThe site will include a confectionery production plant and a depot. The facility will produce chocolate goods, with a capacity of 253,000 metric tons a year.
