Emkay will be displaying the Awema Micro-100 oneshot depositor, a simple and easy-to-use 18-piston oneshot for the production of filled chocolate articles such as pralines, bars and truffle balls. It will be shown with the Wolf UF-50 automatic tempering machine, which has an output of 50 kg of tempered chocolate per hour.Emkay now represents Krueger and Salecker and will be displaying their GFT0200 cereal-moulding machine for the production of formed cereal and granola bars.
