Sales and earnings for The Hershey Company in the third quarter showed consolidated net sales of $1.75 billion. Net income for the third quarter of 2012 was $176.7 million. For the first nine months of 2012, consolidated net sales were $4.89 billion. Net income was $511.0 million.
