The American Association of Candy Technologists (AACT) has selected the winner of the 2012-2013 John Kitt Memorial Scholarship: Katherine Marie Moy. Moy is in her senior year at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and is on the Dean's List. In addition to maintaining academic excellence in her food science studies, she has worked at University of Wisconsin -Madison as a lab assistant for the Resident Course in Confectionery Technology.
