Puratos Vietnam investment

An agreement has been signed between Grand-Place Viet nam and the Puratos Group to invest approximately US$10 million toward expanding current chocolate capacity and building a new collection, fermentation and processing station for Vietnam cocoa beans. Grand-Place will open the new industrial station in 2012. All postharvest processes, from pod ripening to grinding, will take place in this new factory. Grand-Place has three production facilities in Belgium, Vietnam and Japan.
